WebSoftware Update greyed out : r/macsysadmin. Hey everyone, I am new to the Mac Admin world and stuck now. We use Jump Cloud as an IAM service in there we set up a policy to restrict access to certain parts of System Preferences in this case Software Update. When I remove the policy the button is still greyed out on some computers.
