I love the ebony look on my black sugar stingray, with the roasted maple neck combo. It's to die for man. Love the classic rosewood on my sunburst P too, it's a classic for sure, also, it shows dirt less. Love the feel of all of them. The consistency of the wood is definitely different after roasting - quite noticeable when drilling holes; the wood seems a bit harder/more brittle, and the sawdust has kind of a chalky consistency.
