WebbTry going into the device settings of the ram within iCue and click check for update. If your ram isn't up to date, update it. If it already is up to date, then click on the 3 dots that will pop up next to "Latest version" and click force update. The iCue might crash but once I opened it again it went back to normal. But when I installed it, it didn't work, what I mean is I opened System Monitor and it showed (and shows) only 4 GB.
