To assess the natural history of this condition in this age group, we reviewed a large cohort of children who had received minimal treatment for the disease. WebThe mean age at survey was 38 years (SD 12) and the mean duration from age at PD onset to survey participation was 30.8 years (SD 12.6). Results: In comparison to a normative population, the PD participants had significantly lower HOOS scores across all five scales (p < 0.001) for all age groups.
