While this happens, if you use hwinfo, you can see cpu power reporting deviation reading dropping below 50% and gets red. I found some explanation from Tom's hardware for that particular setting (it's different than the bios in my motherboard even if they both are Asus): "Power Saving- under volts and runs slow. Normal- is a normal PC. This is what I use and recommend. Optimal- Overclocks slightly. DO NOT USE unless you have a decent cooler."
