Is it just me, or is gameplay somewhat grainy/blurry?

WebI have more than enough bandwidth but it looked blurry and pretty poor. In the GeForce now settings menu you change the resolution settings to a fixed 1080p and 60 frames a second (rather than the default which is "Auto" I belive). It solved my problem and the games now look great on my tablet and my phone. WebSometimes it looks above decent, but when I move around or go fast in a game, it starts to get blurry, like when you watch a livestream and drops from 1080p to 720p..
