I was experiencing random flashes of my desktop in Doc Mitchell's, but I got through it. After leaving however the game crashes. I can walk around for a little bit and then it goes to my desktop and the game crashes. WebGet rid of MMUE, get YUP, and run LOOT, that load order is a mess.. Also Fellout and Nevada Skies can't be used together, it's redundant, as the color is overwritten by NS's colors. NukaCola-Ojo causes a lot of lag, delete that and the mesh for the vending machine if you notice you're losing frames when you look towards the gas station.
