Applied a thin coat of Tinkseal to the O-ring and Cover lip for easy install. New crush washers and screws this time too.

Why even have grease in them and huge globs of it where only a little is even left under the rollers. Suzuki CVT is also constant tension like Ultramatic CVT and is totally dry. I've done them a few times on the Kingquad 700 & 750 with barely any dust.
